What is your return policy?
At Lumalux Beauty™, we want you to love every part of your ritual. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact. A valid proof of purchase is also required.
To begin a return, contact our team at info@lumaluxbeauty.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
