All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

We currently ship throughout the U.S. using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery after processing:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on order weight, destination, and speed.
Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before taxes).

You can track your order anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived, check with neighbors, household members, or your building’s mailroom/concierge.
If it still doesn’t appear within 3 business days, contact us at info@lumaluxbeauty.com and we’ll gladly assist.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Lumalux Beauty™ is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to make a change, email info@lumaluxbeauty.com within 12 hours of placing your order — we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.

🌸 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to them.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please file a claim with the carrier and notify us at info@lumaluxbeauty.com.
We’ll help facilitate the process and do our best to make it right.
For extra protection, we recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout (if available).
